red light two of the cars stop and let me get threw i went out a few more inches notice here coming so i stop she tryed to stop but do to the rain she skid and knock off front lic plate is it my fault because her light was red other people stop but not her
I'm not sure if I understand your question. Was the car that hit you in a different lane then the 2 cars that were stopped? (if 2 lanes were going in each direction). If you were turning at the intersection, then the other cars would have to stop if they had a red light, but that wouldn't mean 2 cars would have to let you threw. But if you were turning beyond the intersection and there were cars stopped at the red light and 2 cars gave a space for you to make a left turn in front of them and if the car that hit you was in the other lane and was slowing down for the red light ahead, but didn't see you attempting to make a left turn, then you are at fault. You have to make sure both lanes are clear before turning.
